Notice is hereby given that the following has been appealed from the action of the City Manager in refusing to grant the following zoning permit:
•Item 1: Application #10,376 by Brian and Deborah Krabbe to install a six-foot fence in the side of 525 Parkway Avenue.
o Reason for Refusal: Section 44-90 Accessory uses in residential areas. A fence or enclosure wall shall not exceed a height of three feet when located along the front line or when located on any sideline, from the front lot line to the setback line. All wire fences are prohibited along front and side lines, except by approval of the zoning board of adjustment.
• Item 2: Application #10,377 by Krystal Sanjuan to install a five-foot wire fence in the front of 200 Randolph Terrace.
o Reason for Refusal: Section 44-90 Accessory uses in residential areas. A fence or enclosure wall shall not exceed a height of three feet when located along the front line or when located on any sideline, from the front lot line to the setback line. All wire fences are prohibited along front and side lines, except by approval of the zoning board of adjustment such home occupation shall be met off the street and other than in a required front yard.
• Item 3: Application #10,378 by Javonne Bailey to operate a recovery house in a residential home.
o Reason for Refusal: Section 44-85 Non-permitted usage.
o Reason for Refusal: Section 44-86 Variance required.
