THE OBJECT OF THIS ACTION IS TO MODIFY A CHILDREN'S GUARDIANSHIP ORDER
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Albuquan “Quan†Willis is a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Quan Willis serve upon Melissa Kahle, Attorney at Law, whose address is 1519 North Walker Street, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before May 9, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, on May 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., may be taken against you that will terminate your parental rights. This Order shall be published as a Class II Legal Advertisement in the Bluefield Daily Telegraph, a newspaper in the publication area of Mercer County, West Virginia.
