Beginning at a point in the eastern line of Parcel 90 Tax Map 39, said point located S. 13° 43' E 1176.00 feet from a 3/4" iron pipe in the southern right-of- way line of State Route 650, said point also being a southwest corner to Parcel 56 and the northwest corner of Parcel 56C and the herein described tract; thence along a southern line of Parcel 56 S. 86° 06' 18" E. 415.76 ft. to a point; thence along a western line of Parcel 56 S. 13° 43' E. 284.76 feet to a point; thence along the northern line of Parcel 56A and Tract "C" N. 78° 57' 24" W. 218.65 ft. to a rebar; thence along the eastern line of Tract "C" for the next two calls: N. 40° 14' 26" W. 78.89 ft. to a rebar; N. 04° 19' 37" E. 74.42 ft to a point; thence along the northern line of Tract "C" S. 85° 42' 10" W. 188.08 ft. to a point; thence along the eastern line of Parcel 90 Tax Map 39 N. 13° 43' W. 146.85 ft. to the point of Beginning and containing 1.90 acres, more or less as shown on the plat by Appalachan Engineering & Surveying, Inc., dated June 10, 2008 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court, Tazewell County Virginia in Deed Book 1032, page 353.

TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $6,265.70 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee. The bid deposit must be certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $9,900.00 of cash will be accepted. The successful bidder's deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sale price. If held by the trustee, all other bid deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Settlement is to be made within 15 days.
