NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Bluefield Housing Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 am for the purpose of presenting and receiving comments on the preparation and submission of the Bluefield Housing Authority's 2026 Annual Plan, which covers the 2027 Fiscal
Year, including Capital Funds.
The Hearing will be held at the Bluefield Housing Authority's office at 1600 Hill Avenue, Bluefield, WV 24701.
The Plan will be available to the public at our office at 1600 Hill Ave
Bluefield, WV 24701. The public can inspect the plan, plan elements and all information relevant to the plan during normal business hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
